1. Overview
At Thaare Sarees, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers such as Delhivery and Ship Rocket and few other vendors to handle all shipments across India and select international destinations.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order
- Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered email address
3. Shipping Partners
We work with reputed third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders:
- Delhivery — for domestic shipments across India
- Shiprocket — for multi-carrier fulfilment and remote location deliveries
Please note that Thaare Sarees does not directly handle or manage the physical shipment of orders. All logistics operations — including pickup, transit, and delivery — are managed by our courier partners.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value, as communicated on our website from time to time
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations or international shipments
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS
- You can track your order directly on the respective courier partner’s website:

- For any tracking-related queries, please contact the courier partner directly using your tracking ID
7. Thaare Sarees’ Liability
As shipments are handled entirely by third-party logistics partners, Thaare Sarees is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the courier partner
- Loss or damage of products during transit
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events
We urge customers to ensure that the correct and complete delivery address is provided at the time of placing the order. Thaare Sarees will not be liable for non-delivery due to address errors.
8. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier partner will make up to 2–3 additional attempts
- If the package is undelivered after all attempts, it will be returned to us as an RTO (Return to Origin)
- In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- Please note that no refund will be issued for RTO orders, in line with our No Return & No Refund Policy
9. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations via our courier partners
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by their respective country
- Thaare Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
