1. Our Policy
At Thaare Sarees, every saree is carefully inspected and quality-checked before it is dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been placed and dispatched.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, colour details, and care instructions carefully before making a purchase.
2. No Return or Exchange
- We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances
- Once delivered, products cannot be sent back for a refund, replacement, or store credit
- Minor variations in colour, weave, or embellishment are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and handwoven products and are not considered defects
3. No Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Please ensure all details — including size, colour, and shipping address — are correct before confirming your order
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare event that you receive a visibly damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs and unpacking video of the product and packaging is must for a replacement.
Our team will review the case and respond at our sole discretion. Please note that this is the only exception considered, and all decisions made by Thaare Sarees will be final.
